ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BIGHNESWAR BARIK AND ANOTHER V/S STATE OF ODISHA AND OTHERS

CUTTACK, India, Feb. 14 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Jan. 12:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. In Order No.1 dated 11.12.2025, in Para-3, the date "12.11.2025" be corrected and read as "12.12.2025".

3. Pursuant to order dated 12.12.2025, learned Addl. Standing Counsel produced the instruction provided by the Director of Printing, Stationery & Publication, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide letter dated 29.12.2025. The same be kept on record.

4. Copy of the instruction is provided to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners in Court.

5. As requested by Mr. Das, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, list this matter on 16.01.2026.

6. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
