Mr. Manoj Kumar Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing the written instruction received from the OIC, Khamar PS, and the query report submitted by the doctor with regard to the opinion on the injury to the deceased, prays to take the same on record. Accordingly, both the documents are taken on record.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court feels the necessity to go through the spot visit report of the Scientific Officer, DFSL, and accordingly requests both parties to produce a copy of the aforesaid report by the next date.
Accordingly, list this matter on 19th January, 2026.
