ORISSA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NITYANANDA DASH V/S THE TAHASILDAR, SALEPUR, CUTTACK AND OTHERS

CUTTACK, India, Feb. 14 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on Jan. 12:

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned State counsel accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.1 and 4.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 by Speed Post fixing a date prior to 3rd February, 2026. Requisites be filed within three working days.
