CUTTACK, India, May 26 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on April 24:

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. Somanath Roy, learned counsel for the appellant confirms that the cost has already been paid, which is acknowledged by Mr. Saroj Kumar Padhi, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The instant appeal has been filed with a delay of 87 days and, accordingly, the appellant-petitioner has filed an application U/S.5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in IA No.1504 of 2025 for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal.

4. Heard Mr. Somanath Roy, learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner and Mr. Saroj Kumar Padhi, learned counsel for the R-cum-OP No.1 & 2 and perused the record.

5. For the reason stated therein in the IA, the delay of 87 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned. Accordingly, IA No.1504 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. Accordingly, list this matter on 15.05.2026 for hearing.
