PATNA, India, Aug. 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 22:

During pendency of the present Civil Review 35 of 2022, Respondent No. 17 - Satya Prakash Wadhera has died. Therefore, appellant intends to bring legal hears of Respondent No. 17. Be that as it may. We have not noticed what is the error committed by the co-ordinate Bench while passing on 07.01.2022 in CWJC No. 20477 of 2021. The Review petitioner's counsel could not appraise what is error committed by the co-ordinate Bench so as to invoke order 47 rule 1 read with Section 114 of CPC. On the other hand, general directions have been issued by the Coordinate Bench insofar as consideration of grievances of the petitioner insofar as filing of representation and thereafter, it is required to be considered by the concerned authority within a period of four months. No adverse order has been passed against the appellant herein who was respondent no. 6 in CWJC No. 20477 of 2021. Civil Review Petitioner's counsel is not aware what are further development of the disposal of CWJC No. 20477 of 2021 and so also other side to the extent whether petitioners Sitaram Sahni and others filed representation within a period of Four Weeks from 07.01.2022 and thereafter the concerned authority has proceed to consider their representation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation.

2. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the Review Petitioners have not made out to case so as to review the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 07.01.2022, passed in CWJC No. 20477 of 2021.

Accordingly, the present Civil Review No. 35 of 2022 stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the action of the official respondents insofar as any representation of the petitioner - Sitaram Sahni and others having considered by the official respondents and proceed to pass order in their favour. Such action shall be questioned before appropriate forum. With such liberty, the present Civil Review No. 35 of 2022 stands dismissed.

4. Pending IA(s), if any, stands disposed of.
