PATNA, India, April 2 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on March 25:
Heard Mr. Ravish Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Lal, learned senior counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2.
2. The present petition preferred to quash the impugned order dated 10.01.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No. 175 of 2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge XII, Vaishali, dismissing the revision petition of petitioner, which was preferred against the impugned order dated 23.06.2023 as passed by learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Mahua in case No. 427 of 2022, where S.D.O., Mahua had ordered the petitioner/revisionist to maintain the peace by furnishing personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of amount of Rs. 25,000/- in a proceeding under Section 107 of Criminal Procedure Code.
