PATNA, India, Sept. 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Aug. 22:
Matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Parties have settled their score before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 19.08.2025. To that effect, copy of the agreement dated 19.08.2025 has been placed on record, flagged at 'X'.
2. Taking note of the aforementioned development, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No.40 of 2024 stands disposed of.
3. Registry is requested to pass a decree in terms of the agreement dated 19.08.2025.
4. Respective parties are bound by the terms and conditions in the agreement dated 19.08.2025. If anyone disregard the terms and conditions of the agreement dated 19.08.2025, in that event, the concerned party is permitted to file Interlocutory Application to revive this order so as to nullify the agreement dated 19.08.2025 or passing adverse orders.
