PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:
1. In the previous order dated 15.05.2026, the names of the learned counsels, who had appeared on behalf of the parties and had assisted the Court, are not appropriately reflected and therefore just to correct that part, this case has been listed today under the heading 'To be Mentioned' through Video Conferencing.
2. In view of aforesaid, in place of "Heard the parties", the following should be read in the order dated 15.05.2026:
"Heard learned counsel Dr. Ranjeet Kumar, assisted by Mr. Rohan Sinha, Advocate, Mr. Kanishk Kaustubh, Advocate, Ms. Lakshmi Kumari, Advocate, Mr. Ankesh Kumar Sinha, Advocate, and Mr. Rajnish Prakash, Advocate for the petitioner, learned counsel Mr. Amish Kumar for respondent nos. 3 and 4 (Chancellor), learned counsel Mr. Siddhartha Prasad, assisted by Mr. Om Prakash Kumar, Advocate for respondent no. 8 (Bihar Institute of Law), learned counsel Dr. Anand Kumar for respondent nos. 6 and 7 (University), and Mr. Manish Kumar, learned Government Pleader No. 4, assisted by A.C. to G.P. (4) for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5".
3. The order dated 15.05.2026 shall stand corrected/modified to the above extent only. Rest of the order dated 15.05.2026 will remain the same.
4. Put up this case on 07.08.2026.
