PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:

1. Heard the parties through virtual mode.

2. In this case, on 12.05.2026, an order was passed disposing of the writ petition.

3. However, the details of the land which were incorporated in paragraph nos. 5 and 7 but inadvertently, only paragraph 5 was added.

4. In that background, the order dated 12.05.2026 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 3 of the said order, paragraph 7 of the writ petition which records the details of the land be also incorporated and read as under:

7) That similarly Khata No. 337, Plot No. 2248/4, Area 15 Bigha, 15 Kattha and 14 dhur situated at Vill- Bhatgama, P.S. Chausa, Thana No. 103, DistrictMadhepura is the ancestral property of the petitioner and this land was also mutated and revenue rent receipts were issued by the respondent state.

5. The order dated 12.05.2026 stands modified.
