PATNA, India, Feb. 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:
1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants is directed to take steps for fresh service of Appeal notice upon Respondents No.1 to 6 on their present and correct address under ordinary process, as well as, registered cover with A/D. For which, requisites etc. must be filed within a period of four weeks.
2. Re-notify after six weeks.
