PATNA, India, June 1 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 30:
1. As per office notes, vide order dated 14.05.2024, time till 02.07.2024 was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to file Deficit Court Fee and also to remove defect No. 5. It appears that Deficit Court Fee has been filed as also synopsis regarding Defect No. 5 has been filed, however, both after the expiry of the the time allowed.
2. In the interest of justice, the belated filing of Deficit Court Fee as also Synopsis is accepted.
3. List this case before Lawazima Board.
