PATNA, India, June 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 11:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Issue notice to the opposite party no. 02 under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week from today.
3. List this case after six weeks.
4. In the meantime, call for the legible photocopy of the entire/up-to-date case diary from the concerned Court below in connection with Araria Sangram P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025. Also call for the antecedent report of the petitioner.
