PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make the informant as opposite party no. 2 in the present petition and also seeks permission to file requisites of notice upon opposite party no. 2.
02. Permission is accorded.
03. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make the informant as opposite party no. 2 in course of the day. 04. Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 by both modes, i.e., under registered cover with A/D as well as through ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a week, failing which the present petition will be dismissed.
05. Also, for better appreciation of the facts of the case, call for a legible copy of the case diary, statement of the victim lady as well as her medical report along with other relevant materials collected by the police during investigation in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.191 of 2023 from the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned court, so as to reach this Court within three weeks.
06. List this case on 16.06.2025.
