PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MITHILA MINORITY DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL EKMI GHAT V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:

1. In the previous order dated 30.04.2026, the names of all the counsels, who appeared and assisted the Court on behalf of different parties, are not appropriately reflected and therefore only for making a correction to that extent, this matter has been listed under the heading 'To be Mentioned' through Video Conferencing.

2. In view of aforesaid, in place of "Heard the parties", the following should be read in the order dated 30.04.2026:

"Heard learned senior counsel Mr. Amit Shrivastava, assisted by Mr. Anshuman Sinha, Advocate, Mr. Prakhar Prakash, Advocate and Mr. Ali Muqtadir Ahmad, Advocate for the petitioner, learned Additional Solicitor General, assisted by Ms. Shally Kumari, Advocate for Union of India, and learned senior counsel Mr. S.D. Sanjay, assisted by Mr. Mohit Agarwal, Advocate, Mr. Vikash Khanna, Advocate and Ms. Twinkle Kumari, Advocate for respondent-Dental College of India."

3. The order dated 30.04.2026 shall stand corrected/modified to the above extent only. Rest of the order dated 30.04.2026 will remain the same.

4. Put up this case on 25.06.2026, retaining its position.
