PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:
1. In this case on 26.02.2026, the coordinate bench directed the appellant to file jointness petition, but as per the office notes, the same has not been filed.
2. Time till one week after vacation is granted to the appellant to comply the order dated 26.02.2026 failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
3. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands rejected, the same be posted under the heading "To be Mentioned".
