PATNA, India, June 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 11:
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file jointness affidavit of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 with their daughter-in-law namely Sanju Devi and respondent No. 9 with his sister-in-law namely Indrawati Devi who have received notices on their behalf.
The office note dated 08.05.2026 suggests that respondent No. 8 died during pendency of the present petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file substitution petition of respondent No. 8.
Issue fresh notices to respondent Nos. 4 to 7 on their present and correct address, for which, requisites etc. must be filed within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
