PATNA, India, June 18 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 18:
1. Heard the parties through virtual mode.
2. As prayed for, time till one week after vacation is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defect(s) failing which this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
3. In case, the order passed is not complied and the matter accordingly stands rejected, the same be posted under the heading "To be Mentioned".
