PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDERS ON ANIL PRASAD AND ORS. V/S ARJUN SAO AND ORS.

PATNA, India, May 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. As per office notes, notices issued upon Respondent nos. 1(i) and 1(iv) are validly served as the same have been received personally. Further notices issued upon Respondent Nos. 1(ii), 1(iii) and 1(v) have been received by their family members.

2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file jointness affidavit with regard to Respondent Nos. 1(ii), 1(iii) and 1(v).
