India, Dec. 22 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-
"गते शोको न कर्तव्यो भविष्यं नैव चिन्तयेत्।
वर्तमानेन कालेन वर्तयन्ति विचक्षणाः॥"
The Subhashitam conveys that one should not grieve over the past nor worry about the future, and that the wise act only in the present.
The Prime Minister wrote on X;
"गते शोको न कर्तव्यो भविष्यं नैव चिन्तयेत्।
वर्तमानेन कालेन वर्तयन्ति विचक्षणाः॥"
