Mr. B.J. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the appellant, is present.

Mr. A. Hussain, learned counsel, has submitted that he is not the engaged counsel in the matter. However, Respondent No. 1 is his relative, and the said respondent expired on 21.04.2020.

Accordingly, the learned counsel/informant shall provide his telephone number to the learned counsel for the appellant and the names of the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No. 1.

In the meantime, the learned counsel for the appellant shall seek instructions and take appropriate steps.
