Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. K. K. Parashar is present for the respondent State and has submitted that charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner being C.S. No. 239/2026 dated 23.05.2026.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Court/Elaka Magistrate within 20 days and apply for bail if so advised and his bail prayer may be considered by the Court in accordance with law.
Till then no coercive measures to be taken.
