Heard Mr H A Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr P Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. The petitioner was enlarged on bail by order dated 17.02.2026 with the condition that the petitioner would go and appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 26.02.2026.
3. Mr P Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement was recorded, which he states after perusal of the Case Diary.
4. In view of the same, it is seen that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation of the present case and as such, the order dated 17.02.2026, by which the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail, be made absolute, with the rider that he should follow the conditions mentioned in the said order, without fail.
5. Petition is disposed of.
