Heard Mr. H. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent and Mr. Z. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.

Though as per the office note, the scanned copy of the TCR is received, it is submitted by Mr. Baruah, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam that except the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023, there is no relevant documents or record of the TCR.

In view of this, the Registry is hereby directed to issue reminder to the concerned Court with a direction to furnish the entire scanned copy of the TCR and it is also to be remind that the scanned copy of the TCR does not mean only the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023.

The Registry will do the needful.

However, it is submitted by Mr. Das, the learned counsel that the accused is in interim protection and during the pendency of present bail application, the case has already been charge sheeted.

The respondent No.2 has already filed their written objection and copy of the same is furnished to the other side.

In view of the above, call for the scanned copy of the TCR along with the charge as well as status report of the case, fixing the matter on 20.07.2026.

The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
