This interlocutory application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 438 read with Section 442 of the BNSS, 2023 for condoning delay of 8 days in preferring the connected revision petition which is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 16.01.2026 passed by Learned Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura in Cr.Misc.(Interim) 25 of 2024 arising out of Cr.Misc. 69 of 2024.

Heard both the sides.

Since there is no objection from the side of the respondent in condoning the delay of 8 (eight) days. As such, the delay of 8 (eight) days is hereby condoned.

Accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of.
