AGARTALA, India, June 15 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on May 14:
Heard Mr. Ratan Datta, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioner and Mr. Raju Datta, learned P.P. appearing for the State.
This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.01.2026 by which prayer for custody trial of the accused was allowed by the learned Sessions Judge, Khowai, Tripura.
The connected bail application filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of BNSS.
This I.A. shall form part of the connected bail application.
