AGARTALA, India, May 16 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 13:
Learned Counsel Mr. N. Majumder is present for the petitioners.
Learned P.P. Mr. Raju Datta appears for the State.
Learned Counsel Mr. Ratan Datta appears on behalf of the de-facto complainant and submits that against the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner the said de-facto complainant intends to file one objection and sought for an indulgence.
Request is considered.
However, since the matter is dragging for last few months, so by the next date the de-facto complainant shall invariably file the reply through affidavit.
List this matter on 08.05.2026.
However, the petitioner shall invariably supply a copy of the affidavit and other documents to the counsel for the respondent No.2 within two days.
Regarding interim application necessary order will be passed in due course of time.
