TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER SMT. SWAPNA DEB AND ANR. V/S SHRI HIMADRI SEKHAR BHOWMIK

AGARTALA, India, Feb. 10 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Jan. 9:

Counsel for petitioners states that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court, and that the CRP has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

The money deposited pursuant to the interim order dt.21.11.2025 passed by this Court in the Revision, shall be returned to the petitioners.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
