Union Agriculture, Farmers Welfare, and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited his parliamentary constituency, Vidisha, on Saturday. During his visit, the Union Minister visited the Badhwale Ganesh Temple and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha. He then participated in the Ganesh Utsav held at Vatsalya School and encouraged the students. He interacted with Lakhpati Didi's (Lakhpati Didi's) and discussed efforts to increase women's livelihoods and incomes. He also attended the District Prosperity Model meeting in Vidisha to discuss an action plan to free the district of poverty and increase the income of rural families. He also discussed training activities conducted through the National Self-Employment Training Institute (NSET) to connect youth and women with employment-related skills training, self-employment opportunities, and the initiative to provide bank loans after training.
Launching the Prosperous Vidisha Model,
Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated that he is a dreamer and his dream is for every village in Vidisha district to be poverty-free. He stated that this will only be possible when every family has two or three sources of income. With this commitment, a new initiative, the "Prosperous Vidisha Model," has been launched in Vidisha district, under which efforts will be made to increase the income of rural families by connecting them with various livelihood activities. Emphasis will be placed on providing small farmers with at least two livelihood sources by connecting them with modern agriculture, such as cattle and buffalo rearing, goat rearing, poultry farming, and beekeeping. At the same time, efforts will be made to create more Lakhpati Didis by engaging women in various activities. He stated that simply increasing production is not enough; rather, by connecting farmers and rural families to collectively sell their produce through FPOs, processing raw produce, packaging, and marketing, their income will be increased. To this end, training and bank linkages will also be provided. Mr. Chauhan stated that this model will be developed with the support of the Government of India, the state government, the district administration, the panchayats, and voluntary organizations. He stated that this is a new beginning and a fresh start, starting in Vidisha, and efforts will be made to replicate this experiment in other areas of the country.
कौशल प्रशिक्षण के बाद बैंक लोन से शुरू होंगे बेटियों के अपने रोजगार, युवाओं को भी आजीविका से जोड़ने का लक्ष्य
श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने 'समृद्धि मॉडल, परियोजना प्रारूप, विदिशा जिला' के विमोचन के अवसर पर कहा कि इस मॉडल के तहत महिलाओं के साथ-साथ युवाओं को भी आजीविका के अवसरों से जोड़ा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि विदिशा जिले में 15 हजार युवाओं को आजीविका और रोजगार से जोड़कर उनका काम-धंधा शुरू कराने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। आरसेटी के माध्यम से बेटियों और भाई-बहनों को ब्यूटीशियन और सिलाई जैसे रोजगारपरक प्रशिक्षण दिए जा रहे हैं। लगभग 30 दिन के प्रशिक्षण के बाद प्रतिभागियों से उनके रोजगार को लेकर जानकारी ली जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि ब्यूटीशियन प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रही बेटियों में लगभग 70 प्रतिशत ने नौकरी के बजाय स्वयं का काम शुरू करने की इच्छा जताई है। ऐसे युवाओं और महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण के बाद बैंक लोन उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग किया जाएगा, ताकि वे अपना स्वयं का रोजगार शुरू कर सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि एक बैच के बाद दूसरा, फिर तीसरा और इसी क्रम में लगातार प्रशिक्षण बैच संचालित किए जाएंगे, ताकि अधिक से अधिक बेटियों और युवाओं को हुनर से जोड़कर आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा सके।
योजनाओं के समन्वय से होगा गांवों का विकास, 'विदिशा डेवलपमेंट इंडेक्स' से होगी मॉनिटरिंग
श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि विदिशा जिले में गरीबी उन्मूलन और विकास के लिए कृषि, उद्यानिकी, पशुपालन, ग्रामीण विकास, पंचायत, जल संसाधन, कौशल विकास और आजीविका मिशन सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं को एक साथ जोड़कर सामूहिक प्रयास किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी 2 अक्टूबर की ग्राम सभाओं में गांवों को गरीबी मुक्त बनाने और ग्राम पंचायत विकास की कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के प्रस्ताव पारित किए जाएं। ग्राम सभा, स्वयं सहायता समूह, ग्राम संगठन, एफपीओ और पंचायत प्रतिनिधि मिलकर योजनाओं का निर्माण, क्रियान्वयन और निगरानी करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सीएसआर, वित्तीय संस्थाओं और स्वयंसेवी संगठनों को भी इस अभियान से जोड़ा जाएगा। विकास कार्यों की प्रभावी निगरानी के लिए रियल टाइम डैशबोर्ड तैयार किया जाएगा और पानी, रोजगार, महिलाओं और किसानों की आय, कौशल, प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग जैसे मानकों के आधार पर 'विदिशा डेवलपमेंट इंडेक्स' तैयार किया जाएगा। इसके आधार पर ग्राम पंचायत, जनपद पंचायत, ब्लॉक और जिले के विकास की हर छह माह में समीक्षा की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कितने परिवारों की आय बढ़ी, कितनी लखपति दीदी बनीं, कितना जल संरक्षण एवं रिचार्ज हुआ, कितने स्वयं सहायता समूह और एफपीओ बाजार से जुड़े और पंचायतों ने कितने नवाचार किए, जैसे बिंदुओं को भी मॉनिटरिंग में शामिल किया जाएगा। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि केवल अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के आधार पर ही मूल्यांकन नहीं होगा, बल्कि ग्राम सभा से फीडबैक लेकर समुदाय की भागीदारी के साथ पंचायतों के प्रदर्शन का आकलन किया जाएगा।

Mr. Chauhan said that laptops will be provided to students who excel in grades 10 and 12, and coaching classes will also be offered for competitive exam preparation after grade 12. He said that every effort will be made to provide children with support through sports, education, and other necessary activities to help them advance.
