Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah paid homage to the ninth Guru of Sikhism, 'Hind ki Chadar' Guru Teg Bahadur Ji on his 350th martyrdom day .
In a post on the X platform, Shri Amit Shah said, "I bow down and pay my respects to the ninth Guru of Sikhism, 'Hind ki Chadar' Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, on his 350th martyrdom day. In his lifetime, Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji practiced spiritual practice, conducted satsangs, and protected his culture and religion from cruel invaders. He fought for the Kashmiri Pandits, challenged the tyrannical Mughals, and sacrificed everything for the sake of religion. Remembering Guru Sahib Ji's saga of sacrifice, filled with valor, restraint, sacrifice, and dedication, fills one with pride and a resolve to protect the nation . "
