NAINITAL, India, March 12 -- Uttarakhand High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 10:
1. By means of present intra-court appeal, appellant has challenged an order passed by learned Single Judge dated 19.06.2025 in WPSS No.1027 of 2025 dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant/petitioner challenging the transfer order. Coordinate Bench while entertaining the appeal vide order dated 07.07.2025 has stayed the effect and operation of the transfer order.
2. Shri Gajendra Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that in compliance of the interim order passed in the instant appeal, the order of transfer dated 06.06.2025 has been kept in abeyance by order dated 08.08.2025 and copy of the said order has also been placed before us for perusal.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant admits that the operation of the transfer order has been kept in abeyance by the Government and, therefore, prays for disposal of the appeal.
4. Having regard to the said aspect and to the fact that the transfer order has already been kept in abeyance, the instant appeal is disposed of.
5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
