Supply and installation of roof panelling for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft including supporting framework fittings finishing and all necessary accessories Mandatory site visit to verify actual dimensions and site conditions
Supply and installation of ceiling panelling and suitable lighting arrangements for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft 437 sq ft including necessary fittings wiring supports and finishing Mandatory site visit
Supply installation testing and commissioning of electrical data and presentation infrastructure for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft including required wiring electrical points data points cabling connections and associated accessories as per approved layout and site requirements Mandatory site visit
Supply and installation of suitable window treatment including curtainsblinds mounting arrangements and finishing for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft Actual window dimensions shall be verified during the mandatory site visit
Supply and placement of suitable auditorium chairs for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft with seating layout planned according to the available floor area movement space and presentation requirements The number of chairs shall be finalized after site inspection
Supply and installation of suitable floor matting for the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft covering approximately 437 sq ft including cutting fitting joint finishing and necessary accessories Actual site measurements shall be verified before installation
Complete installation integration testing and finishing of all items in the Demonstration Room measuring 19 ft x 23 ft including coordination of electrical lighting presentation and interior works removal of installation debris and handover of the room in ready-to-use condition
