The tender details are as follows: Lubrication of rubber 'O' rings, seal and rubber components in C3W/C3W2 type brake sys tem distributor valve.Molykote 55 O-Ring grease ( Dupont) or M/s ASV Multichemse Pvt. Ltd. 655 silicon grease or equivalent . Some parameters are as under 1:- Composition : Silicon oil , Ester and lithium so ap . 2:- Density : 0.95 to 0.98 g/cm3. 3:- NLGI consistency class-Approx 2, 4:- Temprature : (a) Service t emprature -65 to 175 degree centigrade (b) Drop point -215 to 220 degree centigrade 5:- Oxidation Re sistance, Pressure drop 100hr,99 degree centigrade 0.1, BAR 6:- Worked penetration :265- 295 mm/10.
