India, July 18 -- WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) has issued a tender notice titled "Rfp for Engagement of Domestic Transporter and Forwarder with Warehousing Facilities for Transit Shipments" with the tender reference no.: RFP01/2026/SEARO/PCS.
The tender details are as follows: The services include the RFP for engagement of Domestic Transporter and forwarderwith warehousing facilities for transit shipments as further described in Section 5 of thisRFP.The purpose of this RFP is to establish Long Term Agreement (LTA)a) The successful bidder shall accord the same terms and conditions to any otherorganisation within the United Nations System that wishes to avail of such terms, afterwritten consent from WHO.b) The expected duration of the LTA is 2 year(s) (Initial Term) with the possibility ofextension for up to additional 3 years of 1 year each (1+1+1). The amendmentwill be subject to the Supplier-s satisfactory performance and competitiveness ofprices.c) LTAs are considered non-exclusive and does not constitute a commitment to placeorders for a certain volume or any orders at all to the Bidderd) The unit prices should remain the same during the Initial Term and any extensionsthereafter.e) WHO reserves the right to enter into LTAs with more than one supplier and the rightto split the award of contracts among the LTA holders if it is in the best interests ofWHOf) The award of contract under the LTA will not be subject to secondary competitionamong the LTA holders.
The expression of interest should be received by July 20.
