The tender details are as follows: Single card board file top and bottom cover made by 102 DKG straw board [yellow colour straw board] size 250mmX350mm joined with blue colour binding cloth in length 350mm Width 150 m m, 25mm cloth pasted on top cover and 25mm cloth pasted at bottom cover, clear gap is 100mm. Corn er of top and bottom cover pasted with triangular shape cloth of size 60X60X90mm properly pasted ins ide and outside. Binding cloth size 700X100mm with paper of 80GSM brown paper pasted inside and fil es fatta superior qty. 140mm inserted in the centre of bottom cover. 02 nos. file guard of 68 DKG straw board with size 300mmx25mm covered with binding cloth in blue colour with double eyeleted in straw board and cover inserted with two numbers laces of size 600mm confirming to IS 8499/88. 48 GSM pap er pasted front and top of cover confirming to IS 1848/91. Inside of top and bottom cover pasted with 6 0 GSM brown papers. Top cover printed on West Central Railway subject bilingual Min wt. of file is 395 gm.
